What are they doing?
Falling into mediocrity. Lets rejoice!!
The problem is up-coming seasons.
After Solskjaer, United will draw up a new plan/strategy, which would mean hiring a DoF and a new manager (Allegri or Jardim). United are all over the place because of Woodward's lack of footballing knowledge. His marketing and business acumen combined with a great footballing team would catapult them back to the top because of the enormous money they have.
But hey! Here's hoping they hire some numpty instead.
Probably all true. I don't see them being down for long. It's as if once Fergie left they all of the sudden didn't know how to operate at all.
But let me have my moment Ang. Before the Prem got as big as it is now, especially here in the states. The few football fans we had over here were all Man Utd fans, and I'm sure they still probably make up a large part of the fanbase of football fans here, but it's definitely not like it used to be. But my point is, that even before I fell in love with Arsenal, I hated Man Utd just because of all the band wagon fans here, and they were the team you really only heard about for so long, or that got any coverage here. So my hate for them started before our long rivalry with them (from my perspective as a yank in the states), which means I have been enjoying them not winning lately and praying for their slow demise.
