Olympiakos 1- 0 El Kaabi.

We should sign him been very impressive.

Villa well on top before that.

El Kaabi finishes it, a second goal a 5th for the tie, sensational.

Olympiakos through, deserved, they were the better side and had great threat.

Another year, another comp and maybe this year we finally see the Mighty New Saints make it! Plus Northern Ireland's Larne looking to get Ulster in the GS for the first time if they can get past Gibraltar's Lincoln (Celtic killers) Red Imps!

And thus history is made. All 4 nations of the United Kingdom represented in the Group Stage for the first time as The Mighty New Saints and Larne get through for Wales and Northern Ireland respectively.

My local club Shamrock Rovers are playing Chelsea at Stamford Bridge tonight..I am.a season ticket holder at Shamrock Rovers..To be honest it is more of a hobby than a passion.I like going to live games , the stadium is ten minutes walk from my house , and league games are generally on Friday nights. Rovers have an " element " in the fanbase as have all Dublin clubs with the exception of UCD.
Two of Rovers' top players Farrugia and Kenny are possibly playing their last games for the club tonight. Kenny looks certain to return to his parent club Glasgow Celtic and Farrugia may be joining Dublin rivals St Patrick's Athletic who are managed by former Ireland manager Stephen Kenny.
Rovers are managed by former Arsenal apprentice Stephen Bradley.
Rovers play in the ten thousand seater Tallaght Stadium which is council owned. The club ownership is split 50/50 between a supporters group ( who literally saved the club from extinction some years ago) and two private investors. There is a friction between both sides which may cause long term damage..Average home attendance is approx 6,000 , with the big derby's v St Patrick's Athletic and Bohemians selling out.
League of Ireland season is from February to October/ November so Rovers are now in an extended season due to European football.
Tonight is a free hit for them as they have already qualified for knockout stages.
