Sound familiar? Liverpool fans arriving late, massive crush, fans want the gates opened so they can pour in - how did that work out last time? Madrid fans have been in their end for hours ..... we all know how this goes "never out fault" coming.

That's not excusing UEFA, couldn't run a bath, should know what Liverpool fans are like.

Yes, gate jumping again.

That said if you ever go away for CL matches English fans are always suspect and treated like shit. At Barca many years back the cops were telling us that we had to go in gate such and such to divert us away from the actual gate to make some late (which had a huge search operation of every fan, three ticket checks). Inside they had cops with Uzzis around us. After the match they did the normal lock in, then walked us all out a quarter mile into some dark area well away from the main drag then just vanished only to turn us over to a couple hundred Spanish wanks who chucked so stuff and talked shit. It was back to the eighties BS. Sort of the same in Athens and Madrid. I suspect Liverpool fans were treated about the same.

" if you ever go away for CL matches English fans are always suspect"

BBC reporter "there must be 30,000 Liverpool fans still outside trying to get in" sounds about right.

When you consider they only had an allocation 20,000 tickets and about 15,000 are already inside - that's 25,000 fans trying to get without tickets. I'm guessing the British media won't be reporting that tomorrow .....
