Euro 2008 Adoption

Postby Peter » Tue May 27, 2008 8:30 am

Please can you help.

I am a English, although now living in Wales, and an avid Arsenal fan.

Which team should I adopt to support at Euro 2008???

Whatever team your favourite European Gooner is playing for.

However if you are unsure;

Diaby, Gallas (France)
Cesc (Spain)
Senderos (Switzerland)
Van Persie (Holland)
Fabianski (Poland)

you should try with croatia! if we win this you can always say, we wasn't in austria/swiss because we were defeted by european champions, second reason is eduardo! he won't play but he is one of the main reasons that we are there. we're playing good football, are color is red and white and that's it!

are you in!?

Yeah, I think Croatia's the way forward for the beautiful women if nothing else.

Holland for me.

That way I can watch and keep tabs on Super RVP (and hope he doesn't catch a nasty gust of wind that puts him out for 3 months :tumbleweed: )

Im tempted to follow Croaita, but Im always drawn to Holland in World cup and Euro competitions mainily because I like the colour orange. Lets hope RVP has a good competition and comes back uninjured, I think we will need him if we want to make a good start in the Prem.

Im still undecided, but I will need a team to follow to keep me interested in the Summer.

I do hope Portugal lose in a penalty shoot out, with Clownaldo missing the crucial kick after trying to be too clever. It'd be great to see him crying then :D

i suppose there are only 3 options: France, Netherlands, and Spain.. for the first option, its just because i love that team! the others, are because of their complete squads! Well, do you have another? just think of it wisely..

So you're saying hooligans are a good thing?
