Holland are on fire!

They were my tip from day 1, and although I think they might bottle it later......

Nederland For the win!!

I think the Romanians will be celebrating as well, the Dutch will be likely to relax for their final game seeing as they've wrapped up top spot.

Wow, what a game!

I really didn't know who to support for this one as there were Arsenal players on both sides.
I will always love Henry and I really felt for him when Holland equalised so soon after his brilliant goal.
But then on the other hand I was delighted for RVP when he scored and you have to admire the brilliance of all the Dutch goals.
But on the other hand I really didn't want Gallas to lose, he looked absolutely gutted.
Mind you, on the other hand if France go out we get to sign Nasri quicker.

I think I am becoming an Octopus....

I was at a staff conference alllll day, then was coraled into going to the pub, which might i add, had no screen! In this day and age!!!!! I'm pisssseeddd offffff!!!!!
Anyways, got home to watch the highlights and saw a Dutch treat! Whoa!!! and Wow-wa-wee-wa!!!
Don't care that Gallas was on the French team, as for Henry? Oh well. Didn't see Nasri...
The Dutch.... Wow! Just... Wow!!
Cruyff MUST be eating his words. Well done MvB for going for the jugular. And well done RvP.
Excellent!

Now it's France v Italy and guess what, if Romania defeats Holland they'll both be out.
Let's all say a prayer

I can see Romania going through even if they lose to Holland. Italy V France has a draw written all over it.

You didn't see Nasri because he didn't play.
Dumbenech brought on Anelka instead who did bugger all.
If Nasri doesn't play in the next France game then all we'll have seen of him this tournament is the few touches he had v Romania and they were very uneventful indeed.

I agree Cruyff is starting to look like a total nob-end.
MvB made some bold decisions. He brought on two strikers when they were 1-0 up and every other manager would've brought on defenders just to hang on to the 1-0 lead.
Talk about clairvoyancy. That was some decision!

It kind of clears up the difference between Holland and France in a way.
Holland have 4 World class strikers they can call on in RVP, Robben, R V Nippleroy and Sneijder.
France have Henry and Anelka and a couple of geezers no-one has heard of.
Ribery was fantastic but he can't do it on his own.

Good point! I think he knew the Dutch defence was a bit dodgy, so sitting on a 1-0 would be quite dangerous. A lesson there for Arsene, perhaps?
