No two ways about it. A win is the only thing that will keep a little glimmer alive in our season.

C'MON ARSENAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

I'm not gonna pin too much hopes of getting a result, i just want to see the team pick themselves up and put in a 100% performance worthy of the Arsenal shirt.

Is anyone else really worried about this match? :(

United were able to rest their key players mid week, and we flogged ourselves to death, and came out with a demoralising result.

Having RVP back is a big plus, but I for one will be on pins come Sunday :dizzy:

I don't remember the last time I have been so pessimistic before an Arsenal game. I am worried that we're going to get a hammering on Sunday. After the last time we played at Old Trafford and the disappointment of going out of the CL won't have left the players yet either. If we go down to an early goal we're in real trouble.

I'm guessing we will line up like this:

Almunia

Toure Senderos Gallas Clichy

Eboue Cesc Gily Hleb

Theo Ade

Diaby is still suspended I think? Robin certainly didn't look like a player who was ready to play football when he came on against United. Both thighs were heavily strapped and I just can't see him starting on Sunday. Eboue is a useless lump of shite and why Wenger doesn't put him at right back where he isn't too bad I don't know. Hopefully Theo will get a start, but this is the exact time of game where I can see him having no impression at all.

I never predict anything, but a victory so 1-0 to the Arsenal Gilberto.

Arsenal.com wrote:Mathieu Flamini damaged his ankle in the Champions League Quarter-Final defeat at Anfield so Gilberto is set to start in midfield alongside Cesc Fabregas. Bacary Sagna is absent with the same injury and Abou Diaby will be sitting out the second of a three-game domestic suspension.

No mention of RVP...... My guess is that he will feature as a substitute, and Theo will start.

According to the daily mail Hargeaves & Tevez will not play.

Heart says we'll win, head says otherwise.
