Above all there is a great understanding in the team. That makes people more comfortable and confident and that is where you see the best of the team.
We've looked very comfortable on the pitch lately which has helped us play some good looking football.
Atleast this time we know the team can knuckle down and grind out a result when needed.
The only two games i felt we have under performed was M'Boro away and Birmingham at home.
Even the M'Boro game we could say was down to fatigue after playing Sevilla, Aston Villa, Newcastle and Middlesbrough all away in the space of 11 days with injurys to key players aswell.
All in all we have been very good this season and the confidence is there for all to see.
