This could be tricky, WHU won here last season, and will be sky high on confidence, plus they've a really impressive away record, five wins and one draw from nine games. That said, I hope they'll be exhausted after todays games.

Yes, 4-4-2 please. Ade and Dudu up front could make an interesting combination, but I think Dudu would prefer a partner with the flick-on and think later style of Bendtner.

I'm looking forward to this game and hoping we kick off 2008 in the way we ended 2007, with 3 more points and top spot in the league.

Now we all know that West Ham were the last team to win at Highbury and the first and only team to win at the Grove but we couldn't beat them for a while in the league but broke that duck with a 1-0 win at Upton Park earlier this season.

Also Tuesday's game will see the return of Freddy Ljungberg and i'm sure he will get a good reception, even though he did have a slight dig when he moved west. I think it will be close, i hope West Ham will come and make a game of it and not just sit and defend.

the team should look something like this

................Almunia.
.....Sagna, Toure, Gallas, Clichy.
...Hleb, Fabregas, Flamini, Rosicky.
..............Eduardo.
..................Adebayor.

Subs: Lehmann, Senderos, Eboue, Diaby, Van Persie.

I'm not sure if Walcott is still unwell/injured i haven't heard anything and also same with Van Persie he may not even be fit enough so we could actully be a fit. As for Bendtner he is suspended.

The Hammers are an odd lot, they seem to play poorly against teams they should beat, but they always raise their game for the big boys so it could be a tough match, plus its a derby so there's always a bit more venom in every tackle.
We owe them one after they tried to kick us off the pitch at Upton park though....Noble deserves extra special treatment after his tackle on Alex.

i think we will win, it would be hard for west ham to raise their game again, after beatin manu.

if we get a good solid win, we have a got the momentum back in our favour :3:

i would like dudu ade combo up front, 4-4-2.

Hopefully they both score to keep RVP on his toes, as it shouldnt be that a player comes back from injury waltzes straight back into the starting line up

So RVP would be going all out to prove he desrves a start, thats all gonna be good news for us

Bearing in mind the team news I would expect the line up to be:

Blondie
Hoyte Kolo Gallas The Interceptor

Diarra

Hleb Cesc Rosicky

Ade Eduardo

Bench:
Lehmann
Senderos
Denilson
Walcott
Diaby

Unless AW still feels that Rosicky is tired in which case he may use Diaby or Eboue instead.
I reckon it'll be a tight game if it's anything like our last match against them.
Hopefully Eduardo will be the difference again.

This is the last match of a very tough run of games. We lost twice last year to West Ham won 1-0 both times and the game at the Emirates in particular is one I won't forget. We battered them, literally we had so many chances it was unreal and Green was immense on the day. Our shooting has been a lot more precise this season and we don't f**k about with the ball as much as we used to. The 1-0 win over the Hammers was brilliant at the start of the season, as it was a great confidence booster to the team.

Wenger has said he will rest Sagna and RVP will still be out for 10 days at least. Add to the fact that Bendtner is now suspended for one game and Flamini picked up his fifth booking of the season so he will be suspended for one game as well. I expect Ade and Tommy to come back into the team after being rested for the Everton game. So I think will line up like this:

Almunia

Hoyte Toure Gallas Clichy

Hleb Fabregas Diarra Rosicky

Ade Eduardo

Theo and Eduardo are back in the squad and I'd like to see Theo make an appearance off the bench and hopefully Eboue won't. I'd go with Diarra in central midfield as he is more defensive than Denilson and Diaby and to be honest deserves a place far more for his performances so far this season. It will be a tough game as West Ham have been great on the road this season. Speaking to Del he has said that they've been great at counter attacking away from home this season so it's something will have to be aware of. If we're at our best thought we can win this match.

So I'll go for 2-0 Arsenal. Adebayor and Hleb with the goals :D

With our next five games including WHU, B'Ham (h) Fulham (a), N'castle (h) and ManCity (a) the two we should fear perhaps most will be WHU tomorrow and ManCity but I think we will do better than ManU in fact i'm convinced we will win 2-1, goals from Eduardo and Gallas and then boyd by the success Wenger and the board will go and buy Samir Nasri from Marseilles.

Why would we buy Nasri? He'd never be put ahead of Cesc.
