The good thing about this game is Newcastle don't play till tomorrow and then have to play Tuesday so they only get a 1 day break.

However, for some reason I do think this will be a tough game.

Think it could be a competitive debut for Fabianski.

I imagine it will be a debut for Fabianski. I do hope Arsene sticks with the policy of using fringe players, youngsters and a spice of seniors through the competition.

Newcastle will be a tough test, but our Under 13's made it to The Final last season, and to be fair, could go one step better this time around.

This is going to be the first game I miss. It's not on the tele here, plus I have softball playoffs on Tuesday.

Im looking foward to tuesday i'm taking my grandad to his first game at the Grove so i hope we get the right result :D
My Grandads last game was Arsenal v Wolves in the carling cup when we won 5-1 and Cesc scored his debut goal 8) so hopefully we will see Walcott get his first at the Grove ;)

Nice to see the tradition in teh family AA1986. ;)

Hope your Grandad is our lucky mascot, seeing as we won last game he attended too! :arsenal:

Not sure how i think we'll do atm, no doubt Wenger will stick to his policy & go with the young guns, but the toon wont take it laying down & will no doubt throw everything at us.

Id say 0-0 or 1-1 but im sure the rulings have changed & it goes to pens rather than a replay, cos of fixture conjestion ect....i recall all teh talk about it, but not sure if it was actually implemented.

Can someone clarify on this?

I got a e-mail from REDAction for those who don't get it and are coming to the game on Tuesday night please read the following

Pretty good to be an Arsenal fan at the moment, eh? If it isn't the succession of good results for The Arsenal, then its the stream of misfortune for Chelsea and Spurs. Certainly makes going into work on a Monday morning a bit better.

We host Newcastle on Tuesday, in front of a sold out stadium, proving what a big club we are. As this is an evening game, PLEASE BRING SCARVES, and keep waving them about. At each evening game this season, there have been more and more scarves, so if you haven't joined in already, now is the time! Please also tell your friends, and tell the people you sit near in the stadium. It looks great when hundreds of scarves are waving around, and the effect is starting to spread to more of the ground. It should be a great atmosphere in the stadium, with a big away section too, so lets show the Geordies what we are made of!

We heard a decent new song for Cesc Fabregas at the weekend, which goes like this:
Oh Cesc Fabregas is his name,
And he used to eat paella down in Spain,
He was born to be a Gooner,
We should have got him sooner,
Cesc Fabregas is his name.
If you hear it being aired in the pub or in the ground, join in!

So guys and Girls bring your scarfs and your singing voices and sing loud and proud
