Arsenal have raided Leicester's highly-rated recruitment team for Ben Wrigglesworth, the head of technical scouting who helped sign stars including Riyad Mahrez and N'Golo Kante.
As first reported on December 17th, Wrigglesworth will officially join Arsenal in the next few weeks and is currently on gardening leave.
Wrigglesworth is the second member of Leicester's scouting team to leave in the past 12 months, following Rob Mackenzie who joined Tottenham Hotspur as head of player identification in February.

it's a technical scout. He will use technology such as video analysis to assess potential players.

Scouting players ain't our problem as I see it.
Wenger is either incapable or not interested in utilising our squad. Injuries alone force his hand to dip into the squad, by which time incoming squaddies aren't match fit through no game time, have no form & best of all have become so demotivated & disillusioned they are of little use when called upon.
I mean what's the point having access to all this high tech data informing wenger so & so is in the dreaded red zone ?
Surely that kind of warning screams ' use your f*ckin squad '
Or, if you're wenger ' flog em some more '
Until he learns how to use & get the best out of our squad, its' personnel aren't as important as they should be.

I don't think we signed him to fix a problem. Probably more of an 'add to the team' situation
