Our kids aren't bad. I mean, in terms of midfield and attacking talent, there's plenty to be happy with. Maitland-Niles, Zelalem, Crowley, Akpom, Willock, Mavididi (16 years-old but he's already scoring for fun at U18 level), Iwobi, etc. I mean, Bellerín and Coquelin came through our academy and they're very good players.
On the other hand, our defensive players aren't very good. We lose matches week in week out due to lacks of concentration and plenty of errors from our defenders. We don't have many defenders coming through I will be honest - apart from perhaps Hayden, there's absolutely no-one near the first-team at all. It's worrying.
