Just because Arteta f***ked the last season up we have not reset and set expectations to EL qualification. It must be CL qualification, especially if rumours are true that we will bring in new players!!!

Strictly speaking - according to the thread title - your answer has to be correct.
I think most were just commenting on a mix of objective and reasonable expectation.

I refuse to accept a watering down of expectations
I expect Arsenal to try to win everything always

Same - I expect them to try.
However, I don't expect them to actually win the league. That's more of a hope as it would be at the start of any competition.

The objective has to be to win every competition we are in - the next objective is to qualify for the CL - anything after that will be another failure.

.............. you can't just expect it, the club has to actually do things to make this "expectation" realistic, and they are doing none of that.

Couldn't agree more, if they don't do anything to sort out the mess we are in we can expect more of the same next season, I would like to see us win everything but with this clown in charge, I can't see that.

With a decent manager I'd be excited about next season with one week rests in between games.

Wait and see what happens when the "infrequent games" excuse gets trotted out, when we hit a bad spell.

Would like to see Azeez and Balogun getting significant minutes as we get closer to next season. Hale End reinforcements will be badly needed once we confirm departures of senior players.
