Needs to be sent on loan, I figured Kompany would be asking for him seeing as he used to a manage him before at andelech and hyped him up like he was some new Yaya Toure

But we'd only have 3 CM's and are in 4 competitions?

Partey is also an injury liability which would then bring us down to just two CM's.

Why should he go on loan leaving us short plus he'd get lost of opportunities in the early stages of the Cup games and Europa against fodder teams?

Kompany's take on Lokonga has been misquoted repeatedly. He said that ASL's mentality reminded him of his former teammate Yaya Touré in terms of not hiding in games and wanting the ball all the time, even when he's not playing well.

Get Tielemans and Onana. Then Sambi comes in next season to replace Elneny (or even xhaka).
