Lol, tbf this is accurate.

Arteta has failed to make our attack a priority.......we've not bought a no9 since Auba left in 2022.

The fans have been asking for a striker for 5 years.

I keep thinking to the maturity, fight and heroics Inter Milan showed to come back from 2 goals down.

It's embarrassing, compared to the way we limped to a loss.

Arteta needs to make some ruthless decisions to upgrade on ST, Martinelli and a few other players need competition at least.

Top LW and Striker should be a minimum.

Tbf we need 2 strikers

Also

Does anyone else think he’s striker comments are directed at the board. I think he asked for a striker in January (and maybe the Summer too) but the board couldn’t deliver.

His comments are weird otherwise

Should've bought a striker 2 seasons ago.

No, Havertz was not bought as a striker !

but y'all act like he's holding back a championship team. that's DEEPLY delusional.

Villa scored 4 goals v them over two legs, beating them 3-2 in the second, and a clearance off the line kept them from going to ET. Emery's best players were Tielemans, a free transfer, and Rogers, who was in the Championship a year ago.

What's delusional is this Project 2035 concept that Arsenal are a broken club that needs a stern hand and £2bn to do better than 1 goals across 4 semifinals.

Dude you are on fire !!!!

His judgement call at critical junctures are questionable now. How could he ditch the PL for CL is unfathomable. He should have concentrated fully on mid- low table teams, put his best team on, and tried to win them ,even if we were 9-10 pts behind about 2 months ago. We still would have a fight in PL now.
This hoopla about CL got to his head and confused him. CL was always a long shot but the PSV win and Rice's two wonder kicks moved him away from reality.
This is again another massive opportunity missed compounding on the past two seasons.
This is very disappointing.
He should go for this.

Arteta is the luckiest manager in history. He would have got found out a long time ago if teams like United, Chelsea, City and Liverpool hadn’t had their challenges.

Arteta must have sent out the bat signal last night for the PR offensive to begin

One of the best teams in Europe?? Alongside Villarreal probably, seeing as how they actually won the Europa in '21 and beat Juve and Bayern to also reach the semis in '22 with a transfer budget of six shillings and tuppence.

The buck stops at Stanley's ranch.

They only act when they feel like they need to exert their authority, or when shit hits rock-bottom.

They've been here for over 15 years. So, why do you think we can't get managers like the ones you talked about?

Granted they are idiots for agreeing to pay Arteta £12m/yr for Top 4, but they could have signed Ancelotti or Tuchel had they waited another month or so back in 2019.

What's clear at the club is a systemic failure, coming down from KSE.

Arteta has done better as a novice than we expected, but now it's time for him to go.

Really? You think he has done better than expected, having spent near £800m in 5 years????
