1stly we need a manager who can navigate a squad.
Arteta may be a good coach he is certainly not a manager over 30 signings and we don't have a proper striker at the club even the unfit forwards are not actual strikers.
We need goals in a CL semi and he is bringing on backs.
We still had Stirling and Nwaneri and some kid who is an actual striker on the bench.
If you have a bench and you don't trust to play them that is all you need to know about how this squad has been managed.

Nothing can convince me that he will win a big trophy, with us, absolutely nothing. Too stubborn, stuck in his own ways and lacks good good in-game management. Refusing to give Nwaneri a go, when Odegaard has been ass, is one example.

Also his attacking signings havent been that great. Havertz is good but he isnt like Gyokeres and Sesko would be. Who else? Trossard, Jesus, Odegaard? Odegaard is good but the others arent in amazing territory or anything. Jesus was inconsistent.

Five and a half years, with 100s of millions spent... top managers dont need that long.
