We're still in a position to fight for top 4 but realistically I think It's a step too far for this squad. Top 6 is where we're at.
Doesn't matter who the favourities were.
Utd had no manager and are behind us in the table, yet they approached the game like we were Southampton.
Every time we fkin scored we backed off like we'd won the game, disgusting, because this is not the first or second time we've done this, we do it every fkin game, score and then protect the lead even when the game is calling for us to be aggressive and dominate.
That is down to the manager.

So Auba being a clown up front - screwing up every opening he had and Partey being a muppet in midfield giving the ball away so often was not their fault.
We had plenty to win the game - or at least get a point - but we had some players who just did not do their jobs and one - Odegaard - who made a crazy decision.

So who's picking Auba to play up front on his own even though he's not a target man CF?
Who's picking the players your criticising?
I said from the off the best we've played is 4-4-2 with Laca starting, Arteta goes and starts doing the 4-2-3-1 Odegaard thing and look where we are.
Yes Ode scored, but he literally cancelled that out with the penalty so if he hadn't of scored and then there was no penalty it'd be no different result wise.
You keep blaming players, well who's picking them.
As I said, in that instance the manager is most important because he literally chooses what players take to the field.
Auba has looked poor, he needs support, what does Arteta do? takes away his best support in Laca.
It was trouble from the kick off and you bloody know it because you agreed with me that Laca should be starting.
Wtf has Odegaard done to bench Laca after a 4 game winning streak since Crytsla Palace?

Calm down and get some context. Poor result and some poor performances but our season won't be defined by losing a game at old trafford. We still have a chance at top 4 even if this was a set back.
It shouldn't be forgotten that this is the youngest squad in the league. Mistakes are going to happen out of inexperience. They will get older and wiser though if they stay together and they already look pretty strong as a team

We pass sideways ,because arteta cannot coach football. In order for us to make attack we need players to move constantly when we're in attack to give multiple options for ppl to pass the ball ,but instead our players stay static and its not possible to get past 2-3 players by urself it takes insane quality to do so and very few ppl in the world have that skillset if any right now.

Our squad is not amazing , but he's had 2 years with it and everyone around us on the table is failing hard left right and center and we're not taking advantage of it.
Don’t be silly.

Lol, when does it become the manager's fault?!!
Why is Auba in such dire form? Why is ESR digging out points and digging us out of holes with his goals? Why does Partey look worse in his second season? Why do we look creatively inept? Why was our AM in the box making sliding tackles?
To me the problem is obvious we look disjointed from midfield up, all over 2 thirds of the pitch. You can look at teams that have players half as good as ours and they are a more cohesive attacking unit than us.

Whilst we are doing well, as we are right now, there is no point melting down every time we lose a game.
1 pt off 4th.
