The games were down to Arteta, we were poorly setup against Spurs and Newcastle, Spurs had our number and Arteta and he changed nothing, plus he should have subbed Holding.

Against Newcastle it was all wrong, they were all over us from start to finish, we showed no desire or belief which is something the manager is suppose to install into his players.

It’s been going wrong for while and it’s been hard work for most of the season despite some positive results.

Holding got a lesson from Sung. He played him like a cheap guitar.
Inexperience allowed Newcastle to dominate us.
Arteta has made some costly mistakes I feel, but I don't think replacing him is the right decision just yet. We'd be set back another 4 seasons with a new manager.

What????

What was Holding doing in the team in the first place?! Shipped out Saliba, kept Holding lol.

Why did Arteta not tell Holding to calm down grom early, it was obvious he was on one from early?

Inexperience allowed Newcastle to dominate us? How comes that inexperience allowed us to beat West Ham, Chelsea and Man U not so long ago?!

Your argument makes no sense.

He picked the players. He sent 6 packing in Jan alone.

So either he's a bad judge of talent, or he's lost the players.

I think we’ve also come back and won just one game all season when going behind first.

Let’s face it there’s a lot of terrible stats, conceded more goals than last season, so far have only scored one more goal than last season, lost 13 times, 5 defeats in the last 8 games, biggest defeat to Spurs since the PL began, worst start to a league season in a long time.

And that’s just this season, a season when we’ve apparently done “well”.

Hard to say Arteta is much of a motivator in light of stats like these and the countless games where Arsenal simply didn't show up.

The words "motivation" and "Arteta" don't go together. His style is authoritarian and condescending to professionals who have played football their entire lives. Even stubborn past it managers like Mourinho are getting WC performances out of Tammy. Who's been WC at Arsenal?

I would have thought that a young manager lacking tactical experience would be fueled by a desire to motivate the youngsters. But he prefers to backseat drive from the touchline for 90 mins.

Agreed, luckily there are only a handful if that.

It always comes out when he get's meme'd and has his meltdowns.

Fact is you can be an Arteta fan no problem........ but not when you're doing it at the expense of the club or wumming other real fans up and down the forum who legitamately understood that what's best for the fortunes of this club was to be in top 4.

All Jay cares about is making Arteta look good, even when its undefendable, doesn't give a sht about the club, he should be temp banned for his behaviour.

That is not an Arsenal fan .......... that is an Arteta Spud Fanboy.

Don't worry, the muppet who caused it is the one and same who's been given the job of fixing it. What could go wrong?

Resorting to trolling?

.......... that's all you have left.

Troopz has a great point in that video.

Utd - Ten Haag
Chelsea - Tuchel
Liverpool - Klopp
Spurs - Conte
City - Pep

That is really bad news for us, all of those managers are now in the Prem and are far superior to Arteta, we've really fked up here.

The irony
24 hrs later and you are still in full on meltdown mode, spitting bile.

Troopz...
Yep figures - his epic meltdown was a complete embarrassment too. I watched it earlier and couldn't stop laughing . What an idiot.

Saliba needed guaranteed game time and wanted to stay in France. You don't even know he will cut it in the prem yet! Don't forget Holding was only on the pitch because White was injured. The fact that he didn't realise Son was out to get him sent off, isn't Arteta's fault. It's his stupidity!

Inexperience doesn't only show against top teams, when they are expected to loose. Inexperience shows when the pressure is on and they are playing a team that they should beat. They started badly and Inexperience meant they couldn't grind out a result or suss what Spurs were doing to them.
Invincibility lies in the defence; the possibility of victory in the attack.

Besides not being able to motivate, it also says that Arteta does not know how to make adjustments.
