About the price: PART 2

Croatian international Eduardo da Silva has spoken of his excitement at agreeing a reported £16.25million move to three-time Premier League winners Arsenal.

.
.
.

The French superstar joined the Catalans for £16million in June, and Dinamo president Mirko Barisic claims the entirety of that transfer fee has now been used to prise da Silva from Croatia.

"I think the transfer is worth €24million (£16.25million) from the money Arsenal got after selling Henry to Barcelona," said Barisic.

*choke* *splutter* gak! :x

WHAAAAAAAAAAAAT?????????????????????

Meanwhile, Soccernet said that the deal was more likely to be in the 6million pound range, which sounds a lot more sane to me.

What the heck is going on???

I've been reliably informed that the fee is around the £6m mark.

Id say £6m is more realistic, cant see us spending the whole Titi money on one player, its not Wengers style.

If he was a ten year deal it could be right. The russian league is crap and shevcenco cost 18 million when he went to millan its just the same really

if its £6mil then that is reasonable but £16mil would just be a joke.

Our darling .com will never release the details obviously because we are not a public company. Gah... this is amazing.

Though he reminds me somewhat of Inzaghi. I think he's going to score bucketfuls!
