look at buendia. we offered the same financial terms to him but he chose villa over us.

how the mighty have fallen.

This is where the pedigree and playing style of the manager matters.

Playing for Dean Smith is a more attractive proposition than Arteta's hyper-rigid system where creativity goes to die.

Seems Buendia didn’t follow our amazing run between Christmas Day and the May.

Let’s just give Miguel Azeez a chance. Our academy kids are proving to be far better than the second tier crap and has-been we’ve been buying lately.

Is azeez actually any good or are we hyping him up like we do with all of our kids?

Looks great. Why do you say we are hyping him up like we do with all of our kids? Emi Martinez, Saka, ESR, Willock, Bellerin, AMN have all come from our academy the last few years and done well at the first team level. Why not Azeez?

There is a tendency for our fans to do that.

Not sure about the hair. In fact he looks like a pornstar.

Not it means Norwich wanted more money upfront. Understandable as they need the money right now to replace Buendia and try everything to stay up next season. Getting 40m structured over 4(assumption from me) years isn't very helpful for Norwich right now.

Also tells you we have very little money to spend if we can’t match Villa.

As I said before the Kroenkes aren’t putting any money in, we’re structuring deals to pay them later when or selling players to raise cash.

Doesn’t get any worse than this, the Kroenkes in charge, Arteta as manager and no money to spend, the stuff of nightmares that!

@ChrisWheatley_: Granit Xhaka is edging closer to signing for Roma.

My god if this useless t**t leaves this club it will single handedly mean it'll be the best summer we've had in about 15 years

With all the bad press KSE have received I'd be surprised if they allow the money narrative to play out again if this summer is a dud.

From the limited action i have seen he looks solid, good on the ball, good passer. At this point I am of the opinion he can't be worse than Xhaka/Ceballos/Elneny, so play him and see. I have a feeling he will fit in just fine. All we need is a DM to screen the defence and the midfield will flourish.
