A bit concerned we aren't being heavily linked to anyone yet. Usually by now we have at least one player that has serious rumours confirmed by the more reliable twitter accounts. I thought after the January clearout we might make signings early (before the Euros). I hope it isn't going to be another summer of waiting for the scraps late on!

Bit hard to sell a player on a club with no Europe, a rookie manager and who finished outside the top 6 and who is on the slide.

Honestly, are we going to finish above 7th / 6th next season?

This is crazy. Where is the money going to come from?

To buy £40m Buendia, we will need to sell 3 players. We are never getting £20m for Xhaka or £30m for Willock.

And why is there yet another CB on the list? A 22yo from Leipzig isn't going to replace Luiz' experience.

If we sell Guendouzi, Xhahka, Movapranos, Bellerin we should get 40 mil. On top of that Kola, Nktiah will fetch about 15-20mil; and Josh K rumoured to have promised about 100mil. So w/all that we can get Mahrez, Buendia, RB, LB cover, etc. ( though would like to see a younger ACM like Grealish/Madison type instead of Mahrez).
Think Willock will stay and personally, Torreira should get a second chance. He might flourish w/Partey, Buendia etc, this term.

Yeah I mean this is blatantly not happening, but we do know Arteta wants an entirely new squad as apparently that’s what you need to be successful.

We’re making huge losses and aren’t going to raise huge amounts selling players and the Kroenkes sure as aren’t putting in any extra money.

Got to be realistic, big losses, 8th place in PL two seasons running, no European football and some nobody in charge, we’re really not a particularly attractive proposition and don’t have many funds either.

Refreshing the mediocre squad isn't a bad thing as we need to upgrade on crap like xhaka but it'll all be a waste under arteta.
