I agree. Whilst I think Arteta makes too many mistakes, at this stage, I don't see any upside in getting rid of Arteta UNLESS he continues to sideline our best players and persist with his favourites.
He has to learn to drop players out of form and give others chances... and I mean proper chances, not sporadic sub appearances and a game here and there.
