They don’t take any risks what so ever. The sideways passing thing has always been a bit of a ‘ha ha’ but now it’s real and it’s real f***ing shit.

We know the way he sets out his team a nullifys the attack completely hence this sideways backwards passing nonsense he has us playing.

He's basically made the team in to what he was as a player

No threat, shit defensively, sideways passes galore and overall just crap. Worst player not named Xhaka to ever play for us as a first choice now managing the worst ever Arsenal side many of us has ever seen. Who knew that would happen?

Elneny actually looked pretty positive when he first came back. Unshackled from the managerial nightmare Emery, he was always looking forward.

Seems like Mikel has got his work cut out to rid him of those Emery horror traits

Those that think the players are downing tools, take a look. They're following the manager's orders. Arteta has said it numerous times himself.

Same goes for PEA. People are calling him cowardly for hanging out by the touchline and putting in crosses to nowhere. He has never played that way before, it only began at the start of this season when Arteta started his tinkering disasterclass.

The sideways passing however has been a day 1 thing with him though.

There was a game under Wenger (i think against stoke) under wenger when their fans booed every sideways pass and shouted boring boring arsenal. This isn't a new issue or solely an arteta issue!
