Niklas Bendtner - a star in the making?

Postby She_Gunner_Wales » Thu Mar 15, 2007 11:04 am

Bendtner, before his injury, scored 19 goals in all competitions for the Brum, 10 in something like 24 appearances, which is more than are what current forwards are doing atm.
I strongly believe he should be given the opportunity, He might be young but he is proving himself very well at Birmingham, who's to say he couldnt do it for Arsenal?

He wants to play for us & wants to get into the 1st team, i aint saying play him every game, but it would be well worth it to at least give him the chance, if Ali is good enough in Wengers eyes why not Niklas? who has been delivering the goods for his loan team.

I think we should sell Ali in the summer & bring in Niklaas as our 4th choice striker.

Yerp, good idea. Boro want Ali anyways.

Not sure about the brum but Sunderland & Boro have made a clear interest in Ali.

I think I mentioned him about 6months ago, on the old forum, saying he should be given a chance.

Nick scored in a 1-0 victory over a depleted Germany. Depleted, but still...

This chap will almost definitely get a few breaks this season. Hopefully, he'll offer a new dimension to our attack.

I think we'll be seeing a lot of him next season!
