Whilst I understand the club's desire to move to a more cost-effective model, similar to that of the clubs above, sacking all scouts, as well as the mascot is indeed an act of pure pettiness and completely at odds with the values and principles the club once had.

It may seem insignificant but this is a shocker if true and if permanent.
