Bruno Mazziotti to step down as Head of Physiotherapy

Postby Zenith » Mon Sep 21, 2020 10:35 pm

Bruno Mazziotti will replace Arsenal's former Head of Physiotherapy Chris Morgan, who has left to join Liverpool.

He's worked with Edu at Corinthians and later with the Brazilian national team. Having previously been employed by clubs like clubs AC Milan and Real Madrid, he's set to join Arsenal from his latest employer, that is PSG.

Mazziotti is credited with getting Neymar fit for the 2018 World Cup—against the odds.

He'll be working together with Arsenal's Club Doctor Gary O'Driscoll, whom the club managed to retain after he was set to follow Chris Morgan to Liverpool.

Considering he's worked in at least 5 different countries, you'd surmise he's not monolingual.

No idea who the pubber coming in as Head of Physiology is ...

 The state of autocorrect.

He's yet to be announced and be given a job title.

The bottom line is, he's set to replace Chris Morgan, whose official title was Head of Physiotherapy. :frogwink:

If his linguistic skills are as extensive as his bicep, there's nothing to worry about. :arse fan:

So you've made up a new job role ... ?

As announced previously, Freddie Ljungberg has decided to leave the club to pursue new opportunities and goalkeeping coach Sal Bibbo is also moving on after five years working with the first team keepers. We send our best wishes to Freddie and Sal as well as physio Chris Morgan, who has joined Liverpool. Chris is being replaced by Jordan Reece who was a regular figure on the touchline during the run-in last season. Congratulations Jordan.

Why are there 2 threads on this?

And you even posted on the other one before creating this. You've had some shockers in starting threads recently.
