F'n consistency is what we need.

Stick to what we know works. Play our best available players per position and drop players who aren't performing for those who are. If we lose because we simply don't have the quality necessary to win then so be it. At least we can leave matches knowing we gave everything we had not this feeling of what could have been

The question I asked somewhere else was, what should a manager do, pick the best players for the system he wants to play or pick our best players and find a system that works for them ?

Personally I think a manager should pick his best players and find a system that works for them. No point playing a system to which the players available are not suited. No point at all.
