Partey may have been withdrawn as a precautionary measure.
If not, Lakonga becomes the starter. Would be folly to bring a free agent and stifle a good young player from progressing.

It's not stifling anything.
Lokonga is supposed to be playing Xhakas position in EPL and cups.
I mean how do you not know this when it's clear Elneny is Parteys sub, not Lokonga??

Just been talking about TA6 with a mate. Famously used to take pain killing injections in his back then just crack on with it. We won't see his like again
