There’s a break after the Burnley game. He can play that then have his rest.

They are struggling with covid etc

Hopefully he has taken the opportunity on the flight back to watch all of the high & wide shots from outside the box he's had for us since he arrived, and come to the glaringly obvious conclusion that he's pretty shit at it and should leave it out in future.

Heir to the Xhaka throne of being a useless overpaid t***er

Bet he walks back into the team as soon as his suspension is lifted

What an idiot. Just when we thought we were getting a player back, he does that.

I don’t think his head was right for tonight. Just suffered major disappointment in the AFCON. He’s probably still got that weighing heavily on his mind.

That could be a possibility.

He is way too sloppy on the ball and loses the ball a lot...

We shouldn't be rushing this guy back from Africa to play 48 hours after playing a game for his national team.

Says more about our lack of midfield options than him.

The only player who stood up to Liverpool.

Liverpool were sitting back and just kicking the crap out of us on the press, at least Partey put something back on them and the first yellow was harsh.

But agreed, he didn't look in the right mind set however this is his first or 2nd red playing for us? not an issue, the game was already lost.
