Especially considering how average that Everton squad is, imagine what Carlo could do with ours

It's a £400m squad.

If theirs is £400m ours must be £600m at least.

I would take Arteta over Mourinho in every single scenario you could give me. Apart from us going down of course.

They have world class players in Kane and Son. We don't. Plus, I believe, their squad is better than ours. Overall.

Think Mourinho will get sacked if they lose to Villa over the weekend. He was muttering about players ignoring his instructions yesterday. I have never heard him apologize to the fans before, but there it was.

Imagine if managing Spurs was the final straw that forced Mourinho into retirement.

We were talking about Everton's squad Angelito.

I think our squad is comparable to Spurs' to be honest, I posted elsewhere, I would only take Kane, Son and Bale from them. No other player they have displaces any of our other players, they are not better than what we have.

They're not worse either. They have equal quality to us in most spots on the pitch plus world class strikers that we don't have.

Ah okay. :)

They defo do have better players than us (Spurs) though. If they weren't Spurs, this side would be cruising in the top-4.

Ndombele and Hojberg are better than any midfielder we have. So is Lo Celso. Partey aside, probably, but he's not really gotten in the groove yet. Alderweirald is another one who'd start for us.

Spurs have a lot more balanced side with two world class attackers in Son and Kane. Sadly, we have no world class players in the squad.

I feel Arteta would do so much more with the Spurs team even if I don't really rate Arteta's evaluation of player quality or his man-management.

You are seeing things in these players that I don't see. Ndombele and Hojberg are nothing special at all. Elneny is better than Hojberg who is literally just a water carrier who goes around fouling people. Ndombele has some ability granted, but what's the point in flashy twists, turns and tricks if you do nothing with it. Is he better than Ceballos? I don't think he is. Lo Celso is ok but Partey is far better. Remember, I am talking about players they have that are an improvement over ours.

Alderweireld is a good ball playing CB, but he is nowhere near the in-demand CB of 3 seasons ago. He plays some great long balls - so does Luiz. Luiz makes more mistakes but is also better at defensive and offensive set pieces. I like our CBs and dont see Alderweireld as an improvement over what we have.

Thought I would explain my reasons rather than just disagree, that way they can be challenged.

This was never a competition the other two are clear their CV’s speak for themselves, it’s like comparing Nketiah to Henry and R9 only thing they have in common is the same role.
