Must be better than Mustafi and Holding.

Vickery said some really good things about the man today, and obviously Arteta knows him from City.
He/His/Non-Menstruater/Postmenopausal/non-vaginal male. Yup all man!

If hes better then luiz sokratis then I'll take him. He will be 3rd choice most likley behind saliba and upemacano next year so I'll take that. He has decent experience aswell if we get in Cedric aswell its decent enough cover until next season. We can still put up a fight in europa although top 4 is probably gone

At least Holding has shown little bits of promise here and there.

Mustafi is just a liability. A mistake waiting to happen.

So next season we could have Saliba, Mari, Sokratis, Luiz and Holding as CBs, I'd be ok with that if the first 2 are as good as we hope them to be. Might even be worth pushing Luiz a little further forward, into midfield as and when needed, I like Luiz, I like what he brings to the team with his aggression passing and character.

No manager seems to fancy him so I can't see him staying, seems pointless, still, he might have "something" but if he never plays we will never see it

Hopefully this guy turns out decent, let's be honest he can't be any worse than the clowns we currently have.

I'd assume if we sign him permanently that will be it for our defence, we'll have Saliba, Luiz, Holding, Mari, Chambers and Mustafi and Sokratis, the latter 2 may or may not leave but we'll still have 5 CBs even if they leave, it's fair to say we won't be getting a really top class CB now.

As much as I hope this guy turns out to be really good, we are really cheap.
