I'd replace Emery with Graham in a heartbeat.
Chickens, Turkeys, Pigs and Lambs, and more on my farm. Plenty of livestock to feed the masses. Come visit my farm, don't be a stranger.

I'd like to Claude from AFTV coach this team. Someone's gonna die on the first day of training. It's either gonna be one of the players after Claude strangles him or Claude himself after blowing an artery looking at the suckiness of our defenders.

Graham from AFTV is basically just a guy like me. An tactical enthusiast.
The difference between enthusiasts and real coaches is the basics such as seeing players week in week out, knowing the players personally and then having to fit then all in a system.
Compared to just watching from afar and having to essentially guess for many players their level.
Playing captain hindsight is easy.
