Ronaldo is the only "Wenger almost signed him" story that doesn't bother me. Wenger doesn't like divas or overly selfish players. Ronaldo's ambition and selfishness would have put them on a collision course sooner or later, especially as Arsenal was still the Henry empire until 2007.

Even at Utd, Ronaldo didn't want to stay a single second longer than he had to. SAF did not allow him to leave until the end of 08/09; he wanted to go to Real at least 2 years before then. During this time, Utd had 3x PLs back to back and a CL. And Ronaldo still wanted to leave.

What does any of this mean?

Also, Sol went back to WHL in 2010 with us.

IF they sacked Arteta, they will all think that it never worked out because he had zero experience

So therefore I reckon they will go for an experienced manager on purpose, and wouldn't surprise me if its someone like Rafa Benitez

I don't really want him, but I'm just saying I think they will deliberately go for someone who has lots and lots of experience, because Arteta was a rookie and its not gone well

Hypothetically if the club sack Arteta before the end of the season, do you people think Wenger would be willing to come in until the end of the season?

From Reddit

He has to return as our DoF.

Although, I wouldn't mind a Wenger managerial gig until the end of the season.

Oh come on. With Wenger at the helm, we were at least good. With Arteta, we've become a mid table side. Heck, we're not even mid table. We're near relegation territory.
