Tactical Breakdown of Dani Ceballos

Hi Gooners

I have been following Ceballos since his early days in Spain and think you have a cult figure on your hands in the mould of a Santi. I believe you’ll end up making the move permanent once you’ve seen what he’s capable of with regular game time and under Emery’s astute tutelage.

Below is an in-depth tactical breakdown of the Spaniard. Enjoy and let me know if you have any questions.

Much appreciated. Really interesting to see how our midfield shape up. It will be a battle for those places. We finally have some players in the squad that can cause havoc in the final third and not just pass the ball.

Your midfield is in a really good state IMO as Ghendouzi is one of the biggest defensive midfield talents in Europe and Torreira when he’s in the mood is top class too.. so Ceballos along with Özil in that mix is very mouthwatering.

Your biggest issue is probably defence - looks very vulnerable I’m afraid.
