Didn't this clown fire most of our scouts—during the first lockdown—because he wanted to rely more on StatDNA?

What are we doing? How could a club as big as Arsenal entrust its main responsibilities on two incompetent rookies without checks and balances?

Just wow.

Francis Cagigao. What a loss.

How sad is it that a club once famed for its scouting network is now turning to headhunters to recruit scouts. Evidence, if you needed it, that our management does not have a Rolodex of contacts to turn to.

In September the Arsenal technical director, Edu, explained those moves by saying: “I don’t want individual people working in one area or for one country. I want a group working together: less people with more responsibilities.”

What's going on?

We need to get rid of Edu and bring in Luis Campos, big part in the building of Monaco’s title winning team and now the same with Lille

Investigate how his son got into the u-18s. There is no room for nepotism at Arsenal.

If true, it could mean Campos fills Sanllehi's vacant position as Head of Football. Edu will stay. But he would have a boss now. As present, he's directly reporting to Josh.

I don't know much about him (Campos) except he built the Monaco side that went on to win the title and reach the UCL SFs.

............. and because Josh doesn't know Mbappe from Ainsley Maitland Niles is why he needs a go between..

His first order of business should be firing Edu and demoting Arteta to coach the under 18s.

Didn't Campos just leave Lille? Pretty sure he also built that team that just won ligue 1. He's also the guy that conned us into paying 70+ for Pepe, and Napoli 80+ for oismeh or whatever he's name. One thing for sure, with him here, players will no longer leave for peanuts. He has a reputation for that. Nketiah would be sold fo 50m if he's the one negotiating.
