Yeah I think he will however he's under contract so come with £100m or gtfo.

They can sign him in 2 years on a free. If he doesn't extend, he may be gearing up for one last season at Arsenal before he's sold.

If he wins something big here, in two seasons ,he can go anywhere he likes.
But we should at least hold him to his contract.

This constant hue and cry about players leaving, not going to sign contract, etc, by a few on this forum, is just puerile.
If someone is bent on leaving, then they should be allowed to leave, as happened w/ Fabregas, Nasri, Van Persie, etc. Life goes on, others jump in to fill the void.
By the way, last time when the contract question came up, the same old bunch announced w/ confidence that Saliba , Saka etc, aren't going to sign ( Saliba had been wronged, the club has no ambition and Saka, SHOULD leave, {so much for being an Arsenal fan!!!} on and on...). Then, lo and behold, every one fell in line and signed long ( 4 yr) contracts!
No sign of Saliba and Co, are in a rebellious mood and ready to jump the ship. Working diligently to keep pace w/ Pool!
Usual nonsense for self satisfaction!

Some naïve kids on this forum. If Real come in for him he's gone. You dont pass on playing for the biggest club in the world, winning trophies and making bank to give Arteta another season of showing he's in over his head. Why does this matter? Because we keep finding ourselves in this position. Until we start winning big trophies regularly, we will be a feeder club for the big boys. For a club of our standing, that's not acceptable.

Even if he had a year left, we could ask for £60m easily. Don't think Arteta will be able to resist that, he's one of the 3-4 sellable players left at the club.

Even if we win things, players willing to leave, will leave anyway. Money talks; if Saliba is money minded, and ManU comes next season and offers him 360k/ wk against RealM who might have offered 300k/ wk ( fictional numbers), he might ditch RealM and join Manure. Who knows?
Umpteen examples.

What a surprise. The guy who hates Arsenal doesn't care if our best defender leaves lol

Still denying the hatred? The Spud in you is showing

The Spud is yourself.
For me club is greater than any player.
Players come and go, nobody can stop it.
Arsenal goes on. It always happens.

By the way ,you bunch want Saliba to leave, like you did during the first renewal of contract. I didn't. I was pretty hopeful that he'll stay and he did.
He likes Arsenal way more than you people.

If he goes he goes, he has shown he is not the full Monty against Newcastle, Saliba has shown frailties against Isak, he is a class act and young, will he stay at Arsenal I certainly hope so it weakens us without him. But ultimately who knows, my opinion is he will leave more inclined to think gabby would stay of the two but then we could lose any player at anytime.
My concerns are we never seem to look the team that can sign any player, it looks like a 5 year cycle of one big player as an example.

If we don't win trophies soon, he'd be off.

We need to tie him down to a new deal in the summer

Tell him if we don't win a major trophy in the next 2 seasons , there will be a gentlemen's agreement to let him move to Madrid if they meet our value

£120m seems fair

That's a huge if. Why pay £120m for a CB if you can wait for a year and sign them on a free transfer?

No transfer fee means they could double his current salary and offer a substantial signing on bonus on top for both the player and his representatives. It's how they acquired a certain footballer named Kylian Mbappé. Textbook Real Madrid.

Guess how many CBs RM actually purchased since 2011?

One (Militaõ in 2019).

Very big possibility he will run his contract down sign a pre contract deal and be on moonbeam as a wage with like said all the sign on fee going into his and the agents pockets, the Mbappe of defenders hey say.
What a state the club is in
