Nah, that's just an old one. There is no way Arsenal will put out retro gear with the old VCC crest on it because they don't own the copyright to it.

This isn't the new kit, it's pretty clearly a photoshop too. You need to look at the 19/20 Adidas Kit Templates to see where they're going next season.

In particular imagine a less stripey cross between the Tiro and Striped ranges with the stripes on the shoulder in Red, White & Dark Blue/ Yellow & Dark Blue and Dark Blue (1st/2nd/3rd).
