When you’re struggling for goals you don’t just stick with the same team. Odegaard hasn’t been outstanding either, he has his moments.

Thank God you are not in charge.
SMH.

Martinelli will get a chance again and he'll have to take it.
It's that simple.
I never understood why he was dropped when he was playing well. It annoyed me, but that does not mean he can ever be dropped. IN the game time he has had he's not been good recently.

If I was things would instantly improve as Arteta would no longer be in charge.

Since you think the manager doesn’t matter it shouldn’t be to big a deal, I expect the players will start scoring again though once they’re no longer shackled by Artetas anti-football on the pitch.

Your position is that the manager is crucial - Here you are saying you are a better manager than Arteta.
Not a very smart thing to say

Meanwhile here is some anti-football for you to enjoy:

Just using your rationale!

Besides Arteta really is a bad manager, it’s been dreadful having to watch him trying to manage for 2 years now, I think we should send him back to Pep and let him get back to the cones.

As for that game, yeah it was a one off agains a side who left more holes than a colander, every team has one offs. Other than that we’ve been poor.

Ironically Spurs fans are also unhappy with the owner as he apparently doesn’t care about what happens on the pitch, how appropriate we beat another side that is more interested in what’s happening off the pitch.

Interesting that Man City didn’t

We were struggling for goals last season as well. It's not about the individual players, it's the tactics and instructions they're trying to follow.

Exsctly this. It can't have been the fault of all of the players at the same time !! It had to be the system and the tactics that were the problem.

Man City have off days like anyone else, they were unlucky too, just one of those days.

Just like when we beat them under Arteta.

Some chances have been created but even less have been taken.
Martinelli, to tell the truth, mostly looked good against low quality Europa league teams and league cup teams. He looked great against a second string L'pool in The Lge cup. He hasn't done great against PL teams when his opportunities came, neither did in Olympics ( a 2nd tier football tournament) for Brazil ( one penalty goal) when his compatriots looked awesome ( not a great advert for mighty Brazilians of the past either, who looked horrible in Copa, the main course).
Think he has ways to go to establish himself as a main forward or striker.

Very lively when he came on, I think he should definitely get some starts.

Yes he did look sharp.
Very good management to hold him back like that... Making him understand he has to take his chance.

Not France, he needs to be playing in a top league.
Even Guendouzi looks good in France.
Doesn't help.
