If Arteta doesn't trust him, or doesn't feel he suits the style Arteta wants to implement, we should seriously look to sell him.

We're hindering his progress.

On a similar note, Emery had his flaws but he was great at giving youngsters minutes and allowing them to thrive.

Martinelli is a direct, aggressive player. He's exactly the kind of player who'd do well under the likes of Klopp and Conte.

Or just bin off Arteta and get Conte

Been completely mis-managed IMO, 18 months ago he looked amazing, since Arteta arrived he’s barely been give match time and it seems to be affecting him, he’s not progressed like he should have.

Loved him as a player when he first arrived.
But, he's not progressed. He's not taken his opportunities.
Sometimes that happens with young players.
Time to loan him and make a decision on selling him in the summer.

I don’t think Arteta has liked the look of him since he arrived, that’s clear from how much he’s played.

If you look at him under Emery a more attacking manager, he looked amazing.

Mikel Arteta says Arsenal are ‘not thinking’ about loaning Gabriel Martinelli out in January and that he is ‘very happy with him’.

He did reveal that Martinelli has picked up a minor injury in training, however, that could stop him from being involved against Crystal Palace.

AMN is getting the same treatment. Not allowed to leave on loan, not considered good enough to play.

AMN is getting better treatment to be fair since speaking out. He's at least getting picked off the bench and starting more as a CM.

Not sure if it's an attitude thing or if Arteta just struggles to cope with a big squad.

Just like Auba, the past does not buy any credit.
There is no room for that.
Perform or go. Simple.

I actually agree.
Other than the last game, he's looked sharp this year since he came back.

He's been playing left.

Or if a new formation - who gets dropped to accommodate Martinelli?
