Understand there was a minor clash with manager Unai Emery during his first training session.

Emery not impressed with his fancy ball control and skilful play in training. Told him to forget about the fancy stuff and focus on charging down defenders when out of possession and transitioning the ball to the fullbacks when in possession.

I wonder if he'll get anywhere near the first team this season.

Nope, i hope he's the next Cristiano Ronaldo and is ready to make an impact. What I hope for and what I expect to happen are not the same thing though. I still remember when people were putting Nordveit in their starting XIs when we signed him. Same for Miyachi!

Martinelli looks like he has some size on him. He may get some game time if he has the fitness level and doesn't get bullied.

My highest hopes for him is that he will get a similar treatment as Smith-Rowe. Some EL and cup games, which wouldn't be bad for his first season at an age of 18 adapting to England.

I caught this video off Clive's Twitter from Arsenal Vision Podcast. He could be something special.

Decent acceleration but lightning quick over a large distance, which is quite unusual given his futsal background.

With futsal players it's usually the other way around.

Had to capture it -

The way he takes Özil's pass into his stride is fantastic.

Could tell from his first 10 minutes against Colorado that he has bags of potential. I think this kid could end up being absolutely class.

Raise your hand if you’re old enough to remember Quincy.
