I am one of his biggest critics on here but he has very good on the ball skill. But Zero off the ball movement. Once that improves, his G+A will improve. Can potentially hit 15-20 Goals in the league someday(If he gets penalty duties) :sneaky: :sneaky2: tbf .

He could be a top player for us if he's able to improve his ball control and dribbling. Right now his top asset is his finishing, but he needs to do more.

Saka has totally outshone Pepe in the right inside forward position. Just don’t see how Pepe gets back into the team.

Perfect example of why young English players should be given a chance ahead of hyped players who never made it at a big club.
Pepe is a product of PR. He has literally no pedigree as a footballer and we paid 70m plus for him. Shocking.

To be fair perhaps that is Saka's best position. What stands out more than anything with Saka is his decision making and final ball. Pepe has a battle on his hands to win back his place in that position of the pitch

So what happens to Pepe now? He can’t start ahead of Saka. How much money do we lose offloading this guy?

Lol give the guy a chance. He's shown some individual brilliance at times and if he can make that consistent he'd be ahead of Saka. You forget he's still getting to grips with the league, new country etc.

Why are our fans so quick to write players off =/

So you’re willing to play a less effective player just because he’s new to London?

More goals and assists than Saka

He'll be back in once we get a competent manager

You put Saka on the left and Pepe on the right and play friggin PEA in the striker role where he should be.

He cost £70m. You would have to be a complete fuckwit to put him on the scrap heap so soon. He is very skillful and has shown us glimpses of what he can do. All we need now is consistency. I am aware that that can be said of most players, however Pepe's skill set sets him aside in the bracket of potential top quality.
