We're blessed to have them on our books tbh.

You jinxed it mate

Anyway, even the best get it wrong sometimes. At least our defensive performance meant we escape with a point despite Spurs' goal being illegitimate.

I love this partnership <3

A year ago Auba gave Laca a penalty despite being on a hat trick just so Lava could get his confidence back up.

Now Laca gives Auba the pen despite being the best player on the pitch and a goal away from setting an arsenal record, just so Auba gains some confidence.

Bloody love it

Cannot remember what game it was but maybe 4 games ago I remember the commentator saying that auba and lacas goals this season have all come with their feet and no headers. Is this true?

Yes lacazette last headed goal was v athletico Madrid last season
Aubamayang last headed goal was in a group stage match for Dortmund v Real Madrid in the group stage last season

I would hazard a guess that the vast majority of people on this site are aware that Arsenal have genuine supporters in just about every corner of the globe.

In the last 48 hours or so, I have seen responses to the Everton debacle from Australia, America, Africa, the Caribbean, Europe, Far and Middle East.

I shit you not, only 2 factors were 100% consistent across the board, which were that our team selection was wrong, and that they don't understand why Laccazette and Aubameyang do not start every single game together.

Elneny, Maitland-Niles (it tickled me that some wag would rather have Niles Crane), the ref, Ozil, Monreal, Kolasinac, Mustafi, the captaincy, Sokratis, Guendouzi, were all highlighted and touched upon significantly, but nothing to even come close to the aforementioned concerns.

If eyes from all over the world can see that our single most strength, positive and weapon we possess is that partnership, how can our obviously intelligent and talented manager be so myopic?

I would like to think that cheap shots are not characteristic of my comments in general and yes tongue is firmly in cheek, but, deja vu anyone?

They are great. Maybe not a world class partnership, but at least already as good as Cole/Yorke. My only complain is when both have a bad day at the same game. And it happens quite often.

They stunk up the place yesterday! Worked hard but had little to no quality at all.

People have made comments about how good they are (about them not being that good hence why Arsenal got them). While I don't agree with that position I do think they lack quality far too often during games.

Both are decent enough, not world class.
When they badly, boy do they look bad.
