Goonersworld link with fans of other Kroenke teams

Postby UFGN » Wed Aug 29, 2018 11:34 am

We need to coordinate with fans of Kroenke's other teams

(I will not use the word "franchise", a sports club is not a feckin burger chain)

Can members here make a point of joining forums for these clubs and inviting their fans to join here? The benefits of coordinating and sharing information and experiences are obvious.

St. Louis Rams.

Los Angeles Rams.

Denver Nuggets

Colorado Avalanche.

Colorado Crush.

Will obviously do some of this myself as well but I'm on holiday for a few days after today

The St. Louis Rams no longer exist. They are now the LA Rams.

We should totally move the Gunners to Leeds. They don't have any big clubs in Yorkshire anymore and the moneyz would be amazables

Go Cannons!!

We'd be called T' Leeds Gunners.

Our new club motto might be "'Appen T' Victory'll come through a nice bit o' rhubarb'.

It's a f***ing joke ain't it.

2nd time my city lost an NFL team. The other moved to Arizona, who are now the Arizona Cardinals. Both moved by no fault of our own here in St. Louis. Just greedy owners and NFL executives that care about lining their pockets more so than the passion of a fan base. :crybaby:

You're doing well mate. If I had to guess how old you were by your posts, I would only say early 80's.

We bought Auba in January, that was probably our summer budget. Give it another couple of windows without Wenger before starting on Kroenke imo.

I've less issue with Kroenke's perceived lack of spending than his utter contempt for Arsenal as a sporting institution and the wishes of the fans who helped make the club what it is today. Arsenal is just his fancy play thing he can make more millions from.

He's more than welcome to shut me up by spending on players

He doesn't give a shit, fine.

If he helps the club to be successful on the pitch I really don't care

We've had it over here with Wimbledon/MK Dons. At least Wimbledon are back where they belong (above their stolen team) and that was due to fan power alone.
