No great loss to me, he may turn out good, he may not, we don't need young players with attitudes, not willing to learn. Players willing to learn develop well, those that do not (JET, Frimpong etc) get cast aside.

I hope he can come to his senses and learn from this. I still think he has something to offer.

What's his strength really? Shows a lot of energy, but doesn't have the craft. Not good at distribution, anticipation, interception, scoring or ball holding. Agree with age on his side, could learn all or some of these, but where's the dedication and why the attitude?
Don't think he's indispensable at all, so if the coaching team doesn't feel great about him, just cash in. There'll be plenty like him.

Looks like he will be shipping out, silly boy believed all what the papers said about him, legend in his own head.

It’s an interesting one. I am really pleased with Arteta and the noises he is making at the moment - the doubt I had is starting to turn to trust and optimism.

This guendouzi situation is the anomaly. I genuinely think that he is now, and will become more so, a top player. I hope thIs disciplinary is something that can help him channel his competitiveness in the right way, because his passion and attitude during the game is exemplary, even for the older more experienced players. He’s a leader too and we haven’t had many of them in a while.

I think letting him go could be a massive regret in the future... another Gnabry situation (who many people also said was shit after his loan at WBA)

false compare. gnabry is an attacking player.

the kid is overly ego'd.

AFC has to kowtow do a "aint done nuth yet" brat? phukk that shit.

i bet many are waiting for Jack the Lad to come good as well....

Also the issue with Gnabry is that we barely got anything for him

With Guendouzi we’re going to get over treble what we paid for him

Obviously I’m not comparing them as players, more that they will both regretfully become top players that we let go too soon (if Guendouzi does go).

It’s all very well smashing him for his attitude but on the pitch his attitude is second to none in my opinion. He’s young enough to make mistakes on and off the pitch and learn. And arteta could be amazing for him and his growth.

Time will tell but I think this lad is the real deal!

Always though Gnabry has something about him and enjoyed seeing him playing for us and was disappointed we lost him personally.

I’m indifferent about Guendouzi, I just don’t think he has a clear outstanding quality, so if he does leave it won’t be the end of the world.

Clearly virgin Arteta can't handle chad Guendouzi.

These stats are helped by sideways passes and crappy possession football imo

Heading: Dribbling to Progress/Create

PG: I don't like it so I'll continue to preach my own gospel.
