What a great advert for us offering good opportunities to young players and encouraging for the likes of Saliba and Holding.

Does anyone know how the lad Yacine Adli is doing since his decision to do a last minute u-turn on us and stay at PSG?

Went to Bordeaux for €5.5m last jan

Seriously? It's quite funny that, when considering the bit of a hoo-hah he caused when the proposed switch to London was being touted. Oh well.

Been a fan since his first appearance, and not concerned at all about his current weaknesses.

Same.
Excellent player and exactly the kind of signing we need to replicate in other positions over the next few years.
We bough thim for just over £7m. Likely worth £40m now.
There is no need to spend big money to get top players.
Transfermarkt has his market value at £31.5m, but that was before his international call up.

That's low balling, he's worth £40m on age alone and in a few years that will creep up.

No ones telling me he's not worth as much as Iwobi at the age of 20 with his potential.

Like I said a few weeks ago he's like our new Gilberto Silva, now with the French squad and that confidence outside the AFC bubble he'll develop even quicker.

.............. and you do need to spend in the market, Guendouzi was available because his position of CM / CDM doesn't demand the attention positions like striker and winger do, they are harder to get for cheap, I mean actual goal scorers, plus not every youngster fulfills their potential, in fact its more often they don't.

We got lucky with Guendouzi, even a few so-so performances never detered him, its down to his attitude he is where he is......... a maturity our privileged British youth seem to lack hence why they always fail, they think they already made it at age 19.

You don't see any of them being called up to the National team.

France captain in 2022 World Cup

Won't be playing for us though.

PSG will have bought him for £170m plus Mbappe.

Guen and Ceballos have been making a number of very dangerous passes around our box.

Given how poor our defense is to begin with, they cant be taking these kind of risks.
