This kid.

Another very good performance, happy to do his duty in the defensive role and spray the ball around, with this guy and Torriea our Deep mid situation looks a lot prettier.

Guendouzi is the player I wanted Xhaka to be, can't believe a 19 yr old is showing up everyone else.

I'm done. This guy is an absolute G. He hardly put a foot wrong plus he absolutely levelled that winger like a don and still had the cheek to complain.

I'm all in on this kid. If he can play like that, I'm fine with him rotating into the matchday squad on occasion.

Incredible passing range and he hits his man every f***ing time.

Was much more impressed with him than jorginho tbh.

He will make a lot of mistakes. But I love that he is trying to take responsibility on the ball and try to make sh1t happen. But he better learn how to play safe.....at 19 you are better of not making errors than making errors mixed with great play

...and he we were thinking that El Nenny was okay. This kid show outclassed El Nenny every single time he touched the ball.

Regards your formation, why do you have Elneny as the DM as opposed to Guendouzi?

Good concentration, high energy, outside of the foot passes, accurate with his distribution and on-point with his timing.

Low center of gravity and relatively agile for a player who stands 6'1'' tall, bare drops of the shoulder.

Difficult not to be impressed with what he has shown.

Already looked better defensively. Couple of really good well timed tackles. He's got spark, bite, energy, awareness. So far so good,

Kid maybe needs to slow down though before Madrid come calling :hiding: ;)

Guendouzi’s a better footballer it’ll be a waste to have him patrolling in front of the defence

It's a waste to play him in the cups tbh, should be first team.

Love him already, so refreshing to see someone with his desire and work ethic at this age. Also had never heard of him so a very nice surprise to see how good he is and how we got him so easily.

Plays the midfield role the way it should be done, plus his hair is off the charts.
