I agree with Arteta in a way, good prospect that lost his way and was too big for his boots to take a step back, I dislike how he throws himself to the ground with every single touch looking for free kicks, much rather a player be strong and fight but the latter is rare in Arsenal today.
His rants about wage to other players shows a youngster who lost his way, Arteta probably thought he couldn't work with him, but as time has gone by it looks like Arteta is him self struggling.
But I dislike more of Dozy than I like.
Its a fair take but I think it lacks a little bit of balance. Nothing you listed is terminal, nothing is that big of a deal that it can't be fixed, he is still very young!!
It should be possible to mould him, under the right manager. I don't think the tough approach will work because he is a hot head, doesn't mean you have to discard him, he is a decent player that could become a very good player. I dont think he is a bad apple like Ravel Morrison who isn't really interested in football, I also don't think he is as stroppy as Jonjo Shelvey - and he came good in the end.
It shouldn't be hard to find what works, its what being a manager of people is all about, its horses for courses, not one size fits all.
