Speaking to reporters after the game, Arteta said of Saka: "He should be fine, I think. He got a kick I think on the ankle or on the back of his foot, but he should be fine."

Jesus was absent from the matchday day and Arteta confirmed before the game that the striker had suffered a knock in training, telling Sky Sports: "Unfortunately, he had a setback in training and he wasn't fit to play. It's something related to his knee, but I think it's a short-term thing."
Elaborating after the game, Arteta said: "With Gabi we expect it to be some days [off]."
Zinchenko was forced off at half-time, to be replaced by Jakub Kiwior. Arteta said of the defender: "With Alex we don’t know. He felt something in his calf again so we had to take him off."

Saka is a top player with bags of talent, but his playacting is over the top IMO, yesterday he gets taken off as if he’s badly injured and now we find out it’s nothing basically.

Does he have a very low threshold for pain or something because you see him writhing around in pain all the time but yet he’s never injured.

He’s no Tony Adams that’s for sure.

He is getting tutored by Jesus in the art of make-believe lol He is a much better player when he stays on his feet.

Yes totally, if you’re hurt fair enough to down act normally, but don’t roll around injured and then get up when you’ve got the free kick.

He’s not the only one, there’s loads of this in football but don’t like it at all.

Every player is better on their feet unless diving for a save or jumping for a header or tackling
People don't move like snakes.
Laying down to play football is pointless.
We have the odd one having a knap behind the wall maybe saka is practicing for that job.
stay on you f***ing feet.and fine tune the dark arts of retribution

Thought he was good yesterday, not MOTM good IMO but got and scored the penalty and then a near finish for his second, did miss a chance or two before that but then got his goal so can’t complain.

I’m of the opinion that he’s a very very good player but not elite level, I think his talent is more limited than that.

First two years he developed very quickly but that’s flattened off and for me now we’re seeing the kind of level we can expect of him, very high level but not elite, I think he lacks a bit of vision and he isn’t unpredictable in that you known what he’s going to do and he doesn’t have the repertoire to mix it up.

Yes his numbers are very good, but football is about more than numbers with no context.

True he’s not a great finisher, he’s been guilty of some simple misses even yesterday.

3 of his goals this season are from penalties.

He’s productive for sure but for me there’s no doubt Salah is a different level, whenever Salah plays there’s general goal threat, he is elite.

He's nowhere near Salah level. That's not a criticism. That's just fact. Salah is at a level we all want Saka to be at ASAP

Something we can all agree on be it Arsenal fans, Arteta lovers, agenda boys etc
