I like him.

But if he wants to leave we should get as much as we can for him, and not let him go for peanuts due to sentimental reasons - like Wenger sometimes did.

Yea, so doesn't make much sense, but who knows.

Di Marzio: Torreira has given complete availability to a move to Milan. The player's family is finding it difficult to adapt and Milan will try to use this to their advantage. Milan's first offer will be a 2 year loan at €35m in total.

Ivan Gazidis is a d***head.

I like Torreira, he is definitely a step toward the kind of quality we need. If both Elneny and Xhaka are still at the club next season Emery and co need a f***ing slap.

Gazidis is playing us - he knows our cash position and he's clearly got to Lucas .... this needs to be shut down quickly.

“Torreira and [Nahitan] Nandez. One will move from England to Italy and the other from Argentina to France."

Apparently the second dude is tier 1 for Uruguayan players, so both of sources are very reliable. I think he is definitely gone.

It's fake news. Di Marzio is a tier 3 hack tbh; he throws so much shit at the wall that of course some will stick. Don't know about the second guy, but seems like he may not be tier 1.

Tier 0 source from Uruguay's press conference today:

Torreira: I trained normally, I feel better. Little by little I'm recovering my fitness, I lost three kilos. I think I'll be good for the game (against Peru Saturday). I have no knowledge of Milan's interest, nobody has called me. I'm happy to be a part of Arsenal.

Guess people learned literally nothing from the summers where we were sure to sign Higauin and later Benzema based on tweets from nobodies.

I don't believe he's desperate for a move, and he was one of our better performers last season. We are under absolutely no pressure to sell him, so I say keep him for at least another season. We can always cash in next summer if we want, but right now we do not need to create another hole in our squad to fill, especially when we have so many other pressing issues to deal with

We started a fake rumor on here one time with a completely fake name, and it took off and people started to believe it to be true, all by posting it on twitter. It's not hard to do, people will believe anything.
