Apparently the second dude is tier 1 for Uruguayan players, so both of sources are very reliable. I think he is definitely gone.
Torreira: I trained normally, I feel better. Little by little I'm recovering my fitness, I lost three kilos. I think I'll be good for the game (against Peru Saturday). I have no knowledge of Milan's interest, nobody has called me. I'm happy to be a part of Arsenal.
