Emery hasn't been perfect and should be criticized for mistakes. But every coach makes mistakes, just like every player. You just don't get rid at the first sign of trouble. Needs at least two season imo.

At the end of the day in this particular season he has 4 opportunities to gain some level of respect.

Finish top 4
Win EL
Win Fa cup
Win LC

3 are still firmly to play for, if none of them objectives are accomplished I wouldn't say sack him but he will be on a thin line next season.

................ everyone said at the beginning of the season.

"First season is a free pass"

That didn't last long did it, yet only 4 loses?

The reason I'm adamant about this is because after Wenger I was looking forward to minimal negativity around AFC, but GW is currently more negative than what I see even on AFTV ............ let that sink in for a minute.

Your more negative than the crazies and I actually feel like the WKB have somehow succeeded from the grave, they wanted negativity around Emery and even after a 22 no loss streak your giving it to them on a plate with no patience at all.

Some of you have clearly lost your heads and I'm very surprised at the sources tbf, right now UFGN is one of the cheeriest and most optimistic people on GW and that is a first in this forums history since I've been a member.

I am giving him a free pass this season, I am saying he can have 4 failures this season and he can have another go season.

Just want to remind everyone that Wenger won the double his first full season despite inheriting a bunch of alchoholic pensioners from Graham.

We finished fifth in 1995. Wenger arrived in 1996.

In the five seasons before Wenger joined us our league standings were:
95/96 - 5
94/95 - 12
93/94 - 4
92/93 - 10
91/92 - 4

As you know Wenger started his tenure on Oct 1, 1996. We finished third with him at the helm. The squad he inherited had finished fifth the prior season.

I will never forgive this guy. He is selling the children of Arsenal one after another... First Wilshere and now Ramsey. He is filling the squad with players who has no heart for Arsenal...

I dont want to see over 30 guys like Ever Banega or Lichtsteiner in my team, i want a player who has potential and is happy to play for this club.

Not being funny, but Iwobi and AMN are Arsenal kids too. He seems to have a lot of faith in them and I think Iwobi has improved this season.
